This is a fun and free multi-player puzzle game! Create your own cat character and battle other cats!When you first start the application up you'll have to set up an account. It's free, and all they need is a screen name for you. Once you've created your account you can begin playing.
You'll see a picture of the cat you've chosen and your user name in the top left of your screen now. Underneath is the amount of money you have. To the side, your stamina bar. Your stamina bar is drained through multi-player cat battles. It regenerates over time. or you can purchase more stamina in the shoppe.
You'll see a large battle button. This is for multi-player one on one battles. You can load this screen and wait for an opponent. You can then fight them in a puzzle battle. These battles work the same as the single battles. I'll go over that later. Fighting against other players is how you earn better stats and I 'think' more money. But I've only done a few battles, and even though I won, I didn't earn money. I think you might be able to bet money but it's a little complicated to me.Under the battle button are 4 more buttons. The catcher machine (Like a quarter machine with tiny toys) and the shoppe are at the top. Underneath are the picture option and the single player game option.
For the catcher machine you can put in the money you have earned or use real money. See what comes out! Items to modify your cat, backgrounds, eye patches, etc... Or items to use in battle or stamina bottles.
The shoppe is where you can buy more stamina and items to use for battles.
The picture area is where you equip items you have gotten for your cat. Just select the items, save and exit back to the main area.
You'll load a screen of items. bells, cat food cans and other such things cats like. Where ever 3 or more of the same item touch, click it. This will remove those items from the game screen. The gaps will be filled by items above. You want to get big combos. Click the areas with the most of the same item touch and quickly click another area with many items touching. If you are fast enough you;ll get a combo. You'll know you're working on a combo because the sound will go higher and higher scaled. When you've a high powered combo the sound will change when you click things. Also watch out for hearts, paint cans and other useful items to click. These will be used on the cat you are fighting during that round. A magnifying glass will show you where all of the touching items are. The paint can will throw grey paint on the other cat. making it harder for them to get a good score next round. A heart will improve your health.
Under these buttons are smaller buttons at the bottoms. you can swipe across them to cycle through them. They are in both English and Japanese, so I don't need to translate them for you. These buttons are for adjusting the sound (Music and effects), checking your user data, getting a "how to play" tutorial (In Japanese), check your friend list, check your ranking and so on. There is also a link to the official site (Also in Japanese).I am rather unhappy that this application has almost no English on it, despite being on the US market. But it's simple enough that you shouldn't need to read too much to enjoy playing it. I am sure a non-Japanese reading individual could easily enjoy this game. I really had a lot of fun playing. I enjoyed the fighting animations. Especially the laser beam. And the cute puzzle and sounds are enjoyable. overall I think it's worth the download.
