This is another free photo editing application for people who enjoy "cuting up" their snapshots.
The initial launch screen (to right) looks a bit tacky and juvenile, but the application itself isn't so bad. I do wish they'd make the launch screen a bit more visually appealing though.
Upon launch you'll have 2 buttons the first time, three buttons every time after that. The buttons are to take a photo, choose one from an album and later... a button to restore your previous session.
Once you have your photo taken or chosen from your library you can adjust the size and even the angle of your photo. Fit it into the frame provided to look the way you like. You can also adjust the colour via hue, saturation and brightness from this screen. Want to flip it? You can do that here as well. If you don't like the changes you've made, there is a reset function available as well.
Once you are done with the editing of the photo itself, you can click the goodies tab to add stickers. Should you decide to adjust the photo more you can click the "your pic" tab at any time and alter it more.
The don't have a lot in the way of free goodies available. However, they do have one feature that I've not seen in other free photo sticker applications. You can actually change the colour of the stickers. You can also flip them. So if you choose a hairstyle to add to the photo but don't like the colour... you can change it. I really appreciate this feature.
When you click the goodies tab you can view the available 'sets'. Each set gives you a few sample pieces and provides more if you 'buy' them. Each pack ranges from 99 cents to 2.99USD. There are 10 packs. Combined you have 60 free stickers to use. You can always buy more, should you tire of the free ones. And with the ability to flip them and change their colour, it's easy to change things up without buying sticker packs.
You can write across your photo as well by clicking the Fonts tab in the goodies section. there are 6 free fonts and 'tons' of unlockable fonts. Again, you have to pay to unlock fonts. However they come in packs so you don't need to unlock each individually.
Once you are satisfied with the stickers you can click the frames tab. Scroll through the available frames with the swipe motion. There are only 3 free frames and almost 40 pay frames.
Alright, your masterpiece is complete.. now to save it and show it off.
The icon furthest to the right at the button, after the frames tab is where you go to finish up. You can share your photo via facebook, twitter, instagram, email, save it to your iphone or send it to another application.
There is another interesting feature that this application provides. If you 'really' love your photo, you can actually have it printed onto something and mailed to you. Of course there is a fee for this as well. There are a lot of options available for printing. You can get your image as prints (For a reasonable price), as a canvas, keychain, magnets, kindle sleeves, an aluminum panel, tile art, a keepsake box, ipad case, a mug, a magic mug, frosted stein, coasters and much more. It could make for great wedding gifts or birthday presents. Graduation gifts, couple gifts, and team/club/group items.
All in all I like the unique qualities that this app provides that other photo sticker applications do not. I love the idea of having my image printed on something straight from my phone to my door. The available stickers are fairly nice. As well as the price for extra bundles being pretty reasonable in most cases. The stickers aren't the sort I 'personally' prefer for my decorating needs. But I do like their quality. I think many people will really enjoy them. Everyone has their own style preference, after all.
I still don't like the launch screen, and some of the printing options seem a bit steep... But all in all it's a good application for what you get. Especially being free. I think it's absolutely worth the download. Give it a look!
