Povie

Povie App for iPhone
Povie is a really unique application.  I really respect them for coming out with something completely different.  You know how much I adore decorating photo.  This application decorates videos!  I only wish it gave you a bit more control over customization.
You can use or record a 15 second video (It wont accept longer videos, but shorter ones are fine).  You select a theme for your frame and motion stamps.  You can add text that will appear over the video toward the end.  This is as far as the customization goes.  You can also choose to have Povie make all the choices for you.
Shortly after you finish your video, it will appear on your list of videos.  It is private by default.  You can choose to make it public.  You can share it via email or Twitter as well.  Sometimes the "My Videos" page is a bit 'off'.  It can take a minute or two for your video to appear on the list.  Or it can take over an hour to show up.  Sometimes it doesn't show up at all.  Sometimes it duplicates all your videos.  Recently I have noticed less issues with this.  But it is something to consider when deciding to purchase this app.
The video sparkles/bubbles/glitter/etc are based on a motion sensor.  So the more you move around, the more the effects show up (And make sparkle noises).  Though this could probably work great for a dance video or something similar, it can sometimes be distracting in a 'profile' (Bust up) video.  if you move your head around a lot, you could be constantly covered in hearts and sparkles, to the point of being distracting or annoying.  I wish you could choose where and when these effects show up, rather than it being automated.
There are many themes to choose from when creating your video.  Ageha, which is supposed to be trendy and luxurious.  Goth-Loli, based on the fashion style.  Mori, which is supposed be be somewhat fairy tale like.  Teen, which has lots of "cuteness" and rainbows.  Petit-Celeb is supposed to represent a rich celebrity cutie. Onee represents an elegant and lovely girl.
In the end, I love the idea.  I think they should work out some of the bugs, and give the user more control over the finished product.  It's a fun app, and if you like making a lot of videos, I think it could be worth the money.  Though I think 99 cents would be more reasonable, considering it's rarely updated anymore.
Below is a sample video i made, so you can see how the finished editing looks.
